We do not allow refunds on orders due to change of mind. If the product is damaged we will issue a full refund or replacement. Contact us for help.

Returns and refunds are not accepted 30 days after purchase or for any giveaway or pre ordered items.

Refunds are not accepted for change of mind or because of any import fees you may be charged for by your countries customs offices.

*By purchasing you also agree to hold responsibility to check your emails for tracking info on your order, if you are not home and delivery cant be fulfilled it may be sent back to me automatically (to avoid this please add a note to your order so i can notify the shipping courier for safe space to deliver your parcel. If this is the case you are responsible to pay the next shipping amount to get it redelivered and a refund will not be available if it is over the 30 day warranty of your receipt.*
